💼 Your Role
As an ERP Consultant Trainee, you will gradually become the owner of one or more business solutions
Your responsibilities will include:
Business Consulting
- Understand client business processes
- Gather functional requirements
- Analyze business challenges
- Recommend suitable ERP solutions
- Participate in solution design workshops
ERP Implementation
- Configure Odoo ERP modules
- Support implementation projects
- Perform system testing and validation
- Assist with data migration
- Prepare implementation documentation
Customer Training & Support
- Train users on system functionality
- Create user guides and SOPs
- Provide first-level functional support
- Resolve day-to-day ERP queries
- Coordinate with developers for enhancement
Solution Ownership
Every trainee will own one or more solutions such as:
- CRM
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- Accounting
- Manufacturing
- HRMS & Payroll
- POS & Retail
- School ERP
